We have been buying and enjoying Chef Eloy's salsa for (at least three) years. We have taken it to summer get togethers as well as enjoying it ourselves in the warm summer evenings. Just last month we took some in to Washington per the request of our cousin who enjoys Chef Eloy's salsa as much as we do.

Chef Eloy's salsa rocks! My favorite is the banana salsa. He uses the freshest ingredients. The salsa is an easy way to spice up a meal while at the same time watching calories.

I like Chef Eloy's Kicking Salsa because it is so darned delicious.
I enjoy it with chips, crackers and tostadas and it is especially wonderful with fried or poached eggs....just warm it slightly and pour it on. It is also a good addition to tomato-onion soup!
The hot salsa is our family's favorite but all the salsas are wonderful and fresh tasting.
