I buy Chef Eloy's salsa from Chef Eloy on Sunday at the cascades market.
I love it. I try and get some whenever I go to the market. Chef Eloy sells guacamole too, which is out of this world. I love to buy salsa and guac and put it on everything.
Just. such amazing flavor, texture's great, I can't eat jarred salsa anymore because his stuff's too good..

| I tasted a sample of Chef Eloy's Xtra Hot salsa at the farmer's market today. It was absolutely delicious! And I think I'm in love!! Consequently, I bought a jar and have consumed nearly the entire lot of it throughout the day. The heat level of the Xtra Hot salsa is perfect - not overpowering, but well-balanced with the other ingredients. Well-balanced flavor in spicy foods hard to find these days, but Chef Eloy's salsa does just the trick! I also love the slight kick you get from the flecks of fresh cilantro. An all-around amazing salsa!! Thanks for delivering such an incredible high-quality product to the area! |

| We love Chef Eloy's salsa! Its truly the best tasting we have ever tried. My 8, 10 and 12 year old sons can't get enough of it. My husband and I need to hide it in the fridge so we can eat some in secret when the boys aren't around. :) |

There is NO salsa out there that can compete with Chef Eloy's. It's so fresh...I put it on everything--fish, eggs, EVERYTHING!!

I moved to N. VA a little over a year ago from South Texas and held no hope for finding good salsa here in my new home. I thought my great fresh, hot and spicy salsa days were over. To my delight and surprize I found Chef Eloy's salsa. It is likely to be one of the best, if not THE best, I have ever had. Both my husband and I absolutely adore the X-hot version as well as the medium. I only wish I could buy more of it! We go to the farmers market (either Leesburg or Ashburn) as often as we can to stock up. Please let us know if a local grocery store (I know you have Whole Foods in Fairfax but that is just a little too far) will pick the product up.

| I GOT TO EXPERIENCE CHEF ELOY SALSA WHILE VISITNG MY COUSIN IN VA. THIS IS THE BEST SALSA I HAVE EVER HAD. THE DAY MY COUSIN BROUGHT THE SALSA I WAS IN THE KITCHEN COOKING AND COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT THE FOOD ON THE STOVE EATING SALSA. I LIVE IN NC AND HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO EAT ANYBODY SALSA SINCE THEN, AND I LOVE TACOS. I WENT TO RESTAURANT (NO!) GROCERY STORE (NO!) I EVEN TRIED TO MAKE IT ON MY OWN (NO!NO!). IT GOT TO THE POINT I WAS BEGGING MY COUSIN TO SEND ME SOME AND SHE KEEP SAYING I WILL BRING IT WHEN I VISIT, THAT WAS 2 MONTHS AGO. SO I ASKED HER THE NAME OF IT AND GOOGLE IT. AFTER SPEAKING TO SANDRA AND ORDERING THE SALSA, I FEEL LIKE I AM WAITING ON A XMAS PRESENT IN THE MAIL. THANKS SANDRA AND CHEF ELOY!! |

As a true salsa conoisseur, I'm constantly seeking the perfect blend of flavor with that special kiss of fire. With Chef Eloy's Kickin' Salsa, all my salsa cravings were fulfilled. With flavorful options for just about every pallate - ranging from the novice dippers to the sultans of spice - Chef Eloy's does not disappoint.
True story - I live in Richmond, VA and after tasting the XXX salsa at a craft fair in Dayton, VA, I began having the salsa SHIPPED - in freeze dried packaging none the less - to my home in Richmond. Only problem, couldn't get the stuff thawed out fast enough!
After tasting this delicious salsa, the store bought brands simply don't cut it. Watch out folks, this stuff is addictive. You'll be getting packages of freeze dried salsa shipped to your home or office before you know it.

| I first tasted Chef Eloy's kickin salsa in 2003, and was instantly hooked! My favorite is the mango salsa, which I craved while pregnant with my last two babies. I craved it so badly that my poor husband had to trek all the way to Whole Foods to get me some- we don't live near one- and I ate the entire tub by myself in one sitting. Yum! I always recommend it to people, and love giving it as gifts. With Chef Eloy's salsa, you ALWAYS get great compliments from people you serve it to! |

As one who has sampled countless salsas in his life, I can unequivocally say that Chef Eloy's salsa is the best. Every taste is like freshness from heaven. I just picked up a couple of tubs at the DC Convention cooking show!
