I worked with Sandra a couple of years ago and had never tried Salsa until she brought it to work one day. Needless to say, I'm hooked, my family is hooked (the Salsa is a must in the Christmas baskets), and I refer everyone who asks to Sandra and Chef Eloy.
Being born and raised in the Mid-west, I wasn't exposed to a great variety of foods, but I do like the MILD Salsa. It is always fresh, tastes great, and freezes well over the Winter (yes, it will stay in the freezer for about four months).
